Eligibility Requirements

Access to and use of vip11 is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria. vip11 does not knowingly permit ineligible persons to hold accounts or participate in any gaming or betting activity on the Platform.

• You must be at least 21 years of age. vip11 enforces a strict 21+ policy and may require age verification documents at any point during your account lifecycle.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) registering on your own behalf with accurate personal information.
• You must not be a resident of a jurisdiction in which online gaming and sports betting is expressly prohibited by applicable law. It is your responsibility to verify local laws before registering.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, officer, director, or close associate of vip11 or any of its affiliated entities, game studios, or payment partners.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order or have voluntarily excluded yourself from the Platform. Self-excluded players who circumvent exclusion tools may have winnings voided.

Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Processing

vip11 processes all financial transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following conditions apply to all deposit and withdrawal transactions on the Platform:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to the gaming wallet within minutes of payment confirmation. vip11 does not charge deposit fees, though your mobile money provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are processed within one business day for standard accounts and on the same day for VIP Club members. vip11 reserves the right to extend processing times when additional verification is required.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. vip11 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, accounts in a different name than the registered account holder, or unverified payment methods.
• vip11 reserves the right to suspend withdrawal processing pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification at any time. Players who have not completed KYC verification may be limited to a maximum cumulative withdrawal of ৳10,000 until verification is complete.
• All payment transactions are subject to vip11's anti-money laundering and fraud prevention procedures. vip11 cooperates with relevant authorities and may delay, suspend, or reverse transactions that appear inconsistent with normal player behaviour or that raise fraud-prevention concerns.

Players are responsible for any taxes, duties, or levies applicable to their winnings under the laws of their jurisdiction. vip11 does not withhold or remit taxes on behalf of players and does not provide tax advice. Players should consult a qualified tax professional if they are uncertain about their tax obligations in respect of gaming winnings.

Responsible Gaming Obligations

vip11 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and to providing tools that help players maintain control over their gambling activity. The following responsible gaming provisions form part of these Terms and are binding on all players:

• Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their account settings at any time. Once a deposit limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Increases to deposit limits are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before they take effect.
• Players may activate a session timer that provides in-session notifications at intervals chosen by the player. Session timers are designed to support awareness of time and money spent during a gaming session and do not automatically terminate sessions.
• Players may request a temporary time-out from 24 hours up to 6 weeks, during which their account will be suspended and no deposits, bets, or withdrawals will be accepted. A time-out cannot be cancelled before it expires.
• Players may request permanent self-exclusion at any time by contacting vip11 support. Self-exclusion is a serious measure that closes the account permanently and prevents re-registration for a minimum period of 5 years. vip11 will make reasonable efforts to prevent excluded players from opening new accounts.

vip11 recognises that gambling can become harmful for some individuals. Players who believe that gambling is negatively affecting their finances, relationships, or mental health are strongly encouraged to contact our support team immediately to discuss available options, including self-exclusion and referral to professional support organisations. Gambling should always remain a form of entertainment. 21+ only.

Account Suspension and Termination

vip11 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion. The following circumstances may result in account suspension or termination:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including the eligibility requirements, prohibited activities, or payment conditions.
• Failure to provide satisfactory KYC or age verification documentation within the timeframe requested by vip11.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, collusion, use of automated tools, or any other prohibited activity as defined in these Terms.
• Player request for account closure or self-exclusion, which will be processed within one business day of the request being received by the vip11 support team.

Where an account is closed at vip11's initiative due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited. Where an account is closed at the player's request or due to circumstances not involving a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method after deduction of any outstanding wagering requirements on active bonuses.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, vip11 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, suppliers, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, system failure, or the cost of substitute services arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.

vip11 does not warrant that the Platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from interruptions caused by maintenance, technical failure, connectivity issues, or events outside of vip11's reasonable control (including but not limited to power outages, natural disasters, civil disturbances, acts of government, or failures of third-party payment processors). In cases of extended platform unavailability caused by factors within vip11's control, vip11 will make reasonable efforts to notify affected players via their registered contact details.

Amendments to These Terms

vip11 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material — meaning they significantly affect player rights, bonus conditions, withdrawal procedures, or eligibility requirements — vip11 will provide at least 7 days' advance notice to registered players via the contact details on record. Non-material amendments (such as typographical corrections, clarifications of existing provisions, or updates to reflect changes in company structure) may be made without advance notice.

Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms. Players who do not wish to be bound by amended Terms must cease using the Platform and request account closure before the effective date of the amendment. vip11 maintains a version history of these Terms, and prior versions are available upon written request to the support team.
